WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
At Resilience360 Advisory, we’ve lived and breathed resilience for over two decades, watching the profession evolve from simple data recovery to complex, enterprise-wide resilience management. We’ve seen firsthand how the field has matured, tackling everything from crisis management and business continuity to cyber resiliency and third-party risk.
Our roots are in global staffing and data-driven research, helping organizations build stronger, more adaptive programs and teams. We’ve connected hundreds of companies with the right talent and provided industry-leading benchmarking data to shape better strategies and justify investments. But we knew we could do more.
That’s why we created a truly holistic model, integrating Career Coaching, Program Counsel, and Strategic Staffing, to support both individual professionals and organizations at every stage of their resilience journey. Whether it’s helping a leader make the jump from public to private sector, guiding a company through a large-scale hiring surge, or delivering insights to improve program maturity, we’re committed to meeting the unique challenges of this evolving field.
